Reformer to Mat Workshop - £15
𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Sunday 14th September at 9.30am
This workshop is specially designed for those who are currently attending Reformer Pilates classes—or planning to start soon—but have little or no experience with Mat Pilates.
By focusing on the foundational principles of Pilates, this session will help you build a deeper understanding of core alignment, breath control, and body awareness—all essential elements that will support and enhance your Reformer practice.
You'll be guided through key Mat-based exercises that complement the movements performed on the Reformer, giving you the tools to move more confidently and effectively during your Reformer sessions. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or just looking to strengthen your foundation, this workshop is a great opportunity to connect the dots between Mat and Reformer for a more balanced, informed, and empowered Pilates journey.

Designed for those new to Pilates, and those who would like to manage their back pain
These sessions are designed to familiarise you with the fundamental principles of Pilates, including Neutral Position, Pelvic Floor and Core Activation, and Breathing techniques. You'll also learn essential Pilates positions and movements required to participate in a Reformer or Matwork class.

Our Women's Group Personal Training Sessions are always child Friendly. We know how hard it is to do something for yourself especially in the school Holidays. You are welcome to bring your children with you for our Women's GPT classes Monday-Friday 9.15am.
They are welcome to play at the back of the studio or join in the class.
As well as the 9.15am Women's GPT (Group Personal Training) being Baby & Child Friendly. We also run Specific Mum & Baby Classes.

Postnatal Pilates is a great way to rehab the post-natal body. The exercises are designed to heal and reshaped the post-natal body as well as ensuring that they address common post-natal conditions such as Diastasis Recti (Separation of the abdominals) and Pelvic floor issues.
